Eric Cohu, Ed.D.

Dr. Eric Cohu is the incoming Athletic Director at Little Rock Christian Academy, bringing 27 years of football coaching experience across the South, including state championships in Alabama, Arkansas, and Virginia. His faith has led him to Israel for over 20 years, where he’s taught, conducted tours, and coached football. Recently, he spent 9 months coaching Israel’s first high school national team, which will debut against Italy in May 2026. In addition to his athletic leadership, Dr. Cohu serves as an adjunct professor at Liberty University, blending his passion for sports and education to mentor future leaders.

Eric Rubin

Eric Rubin is a nonprofit executive and global advocate combating antisemitism and anti-Zionism. He is the President and CEO of Project Max, an organization of professional athletes using sports to fight racism and intolerance, and serves as a Global Ambassador for the Maccabi World Union. Recognized by the Knesset as a “Voice of Iron” for Israel, Rubin regularly speaks internationally, including at the United Nations, on sports diplomacy and people-to-people engagement rooted in shared Judeo-Christian values.
